The project included shell and core electrical installations as well as electrical fit-out: primary and emergency power, fire alarm, lighting and lighting control, and security systems for the tower building and its 7-story below-grade parking facility. The NECA firm also provided temporary power to the site in the project’s earliest phase.

- Primary power: 15KV switchgear service feeding four 13,800V transformers and two main-tie-main double-ended 480V substations
- Approximately 1 million feet of copper cable and 7,000 feet of fiber optic cable (144-strand, 12-strand and 24-strand)
