- Ground up construction of a 12 story mixed use building including student housing, office space, and a gym.
- Work closely with Skanska, EF, and their design groups to find ways to save cost and schedule
- Successful delivery of a complete electrical, tel-data, security, and audio-visual install from both the EG Sawyer and LCN divisions
