One of the first high-end restaurants in the growing Seaport district of Boston. The design called for part restaurant and part nightclub. E.G. Sawyer completed all of the electrical scope and LCN completed all tel-data, Security, and POS systems. The project was considerably overbudget when E.G. Sawyer was asked to come on board as part of the team. Project Manager Joe McCluskey Jr. worked with several vendors and the design team to provide design assist and value engineering. The project was completed on time and on budget with a grand opening attended by many of Bostons elite customers.
