This project consisted of converting a historic building that had stood abandonedfor many years into a luxury Time Share/Hotel.
PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS:
- Registered historical building in the heart of Boston
- New electrical service to the building
- Converting each floor into timeshare rooms
- The first two floors were converted into offices and a restaurant/bar while the top floors are a gym and lounge space high enough to see spectacular views of Boston and the harbor area
